Bland Bay Window Cleaning Ltd was formerly Ellerslie Property Services Ltd operating in Auckland since 2004 with many happy clients. When David and his wife and pets relocated to the Bay of Islands in 2016 the new operation was launched.

Although David still maintains the window cleaning and building washing at one of Auckland's most presigious colleges and several other educational institutions and businesses and has since 2004, the bulk of the clients now come from the Bay of Islands and Whangarei District.
